Chaque posture peut être modifiée en fonction du niveau de l’élève. Alors, que vous soyez un débutant absolu ou un yogi avancé, vous êtes le bienvenu.
Here at yoga Bellac, we teach a blend of pilates and Hatha yoga styles. The class caters for all levels, beginners through to intermediate and then on to advanced levels. Each posture can be modified depending on the level of the student. So whether your an absolute beginner or an advanced yogi, you are most welcome.
