Hello and welcome. My name is Rob and I have been practicing yoga for the last 18 years, teaching for the last 5. I was introduced to yoga in India where I practiced under the palm trees on Palolem Beach with the assistance of "Gopi" an original yogi trained in the discipline of Ashtanga Vinyassa Yoga. After many years of practice I decided it was time to get a qualification and begin teaching myself. I received my 200hours yoga qualification with the Nicky Knoff school of yoga in Cairns Australia. I invite you to take a class here at Yoga Bellac, whether you're an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner, all levels are welcome.
