I started once-a-week yoga classes with Rob about 18 months ago. I have a long history of chronic back pain, but I wanted to keep flexible and moving in to my mid-late 50s. Rob introduced me gently to breathing exercises, stretches and postures that strengthen the core, lower back and limbs. I’m posting this today because during my occasional home session I managed a full lotus position for the first time (just about!). My body feels lighter and moves easier. Multiple benefits. Rob is really easy to get on with and very experienced, whether you are a debutant or another yogi. I can’t recommend him enough.
